Willis operates a one man business looking after properties in Central Otago. His clients range from single and elderly on small properties to very demanding multi-millionaires and their large land holdings. He has a mixture of long term routine jobs and crash-in jobs that require immediate attention.
The locality of all clients are displayed on the map, this helps him plan efficient travel and aids in remembering all clients. His board also has a section for breakdowns/supplies, a calendar, three week schedule and a day planner.
Due to a family emergency Willis had to leave the country, having the board meant he could instantly see affected clients, delegate jobs and pick up the work when he got back. Willis starts every morning by looking at the board so He can plan his day.
